Beating the United States in Nanotechnology

This blog is about the teachings of stem cell research in schools and the technology behind what goes into creating stem cells. It is saying that it was the United States plan to invest in stem cell research and now other countries such as Singapore, Twaiwan, and Israel are quickly following. The research done is those coutnries have out done the United States. In the United States politicans are debating whether it is ethical to teach about stem cell research. I know there was more debate about this about a year ago, but it still poses the question of whether it is ethical or not. I also know this doesn't fall hand in foot with the class lectures, but I found it interesting. I believe that it is ethical and it should be taught. This also brings up the idea of whether creationism should be taught.
